Job Description: Our growing company is seeking a result-oriented sales representative, who is responsible for selling cars & value-added services like maintenance plans & warranties etc. to the customer.  We’re looking for a professional who can quickly absorb and retain product knowledge.  If you love a challenge and have a working knowledge of car products and accessories, we can’t wait to see your resume.

Responsibilities:

• Converting showroom visitors into customers by understanding their needs and interests, and matching them to the most appropriate car
• Understanding the characteristics, capabilities, and features of all cars, and providing the potential customer with detailed information, including comparing different competitive models
• Taking customers on test drives and demonstrating vehicle features
• Building a rapport with potential customers to improve the possibility of a sale in the future
• Maintaining a customer database and communicating with them
• Assisting customers with completing the relevant paperwork required for a successful sale to be processed
• Actively source and convert new business opportunities
• Identify and develop sales strategies for increasing client pipelines
• Meet /exceed sales target consistently
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services

Qualification Criteria:

• Graduate degree preferable in any subject
• Work experience- 0-5 years
• Should have a Valid driver’s licence.
• The ideal age range is 20 to 27.
• Fresher or sales experience in banking, telecom, consumer durables, or other sales-related industries.
